Born in Sindelfingen came of age in Paris studied in Münster enjoyed life as an Erasmus student in Aix-en-Provence graduated in geographyin Berlin redeveloped prefab slab housing as a city planner in Potsdam attended the Henri Nannen School of Journalism and worked as an editor for GEO in Hamburg since summer 2004 back in Berlin as a freelance journalist

Writes scientific reports for GEO and Stern Oversees the TV series “360° – GEO Reportage” on arte Enjoys traveling around the world – for work and pleasure Speaks fluent French and English, and is improving her Spanish
