Martin Kaluza
Martin Kaluza, born 1971 in Flensburg, holds a PhD in philosophy and works as a freelance journalist for newspapers, magazines, and radio stations.
He studied in Berlin, Santiago de Chile, and New York City.
Martin's English publications include academic papers on globalization and business ethics. He has also written for Time Out Berlin, for example, a piece on East Berlin's Karl-Marx-Allee (formerly known as Stalinallee), an avenue built in Soviet-style architecture – and he actually lives just around the corner.
One of Martin's recent projects took him to Patagonia, where he was a featured studio guest on "Jazz en el tiempo," a radio show that was hosted from 1940 until 2007 by one man, Juan Marino (here's a soundfile).
Martin's areas of interest are as diverse as arts, sports, economics, and travel.
His PhD thesis on justice was published by mentis Verlag: "Der Kitt der Gemeinschaft" (2008).
